30 minutes tune up is great for upkeep, instead of waiting to get that big service.

Chronic back pain rarely lives only in the back. I pay attention to the story the body is telling -tight hip flexors, hamstrings, the position of the sacrum…and use techniques that best suit both long and short term relief.
I use stretching, proprioceptive movement, yoga, Cranio-Sacral informed touch, and Myofascial Release so the body can integrate changes rather than revert to old patterns.
By the time tension shows up in the cervical spine, it’s usually been building for a while in the upper back, the shoulders, the jaw...
I use a layered approach. Massage, Stretching combined with Myofascial Release and CranioSacral technique to work deeper into the pattern. For clients whose neck pain has a stress or trauma component, I incorporate Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), which works with the nervous system’s role in holding physical patterns.
Massage reduces stress by increasing circulation, moving lymph, and resetting range of motion — bringing the body into a receptive, parasympathetic state.
Even at rest, the inner voice keeps moving. I work with that too. Through intentional touch, guided imagery, breathwork, and the use of my voice, I guide the nervous system to stillness. When that shift happens, heart rate slows, breath deepens, and the muscles that have been holding begin to let go.
Before we begin, i’ll have you fill out an intake form and we will go over it together.
My practice is home-based in High Springs, Florida, which means the environment is calm and unhurried.
The bodywork will be tailored to what your primary goals are. Stretching, Swedish, deep tissue, energetic therapy, toning, breathwork may be offered. I’ll check in with you from time to time for pressure and comfort.
Most first-time clients leave saying they’ve never experienced anything quite like it —
Yes. You can choose to be fully clothed- especially if we are doing Thai massage.
You can choose to undress all the way or leave your underwear on. You will be draped with a sheet at all times.
I, your Therapist, will be clothed 100% of the time.
It depends on what you’re working toward.
For general wellness, once or twice a month is optimal. For chronic or long-standing issuea, for example, if you haven’t been able to look up at the stars without pain in 20 years… I recommend coming every few days for a couple of weeks if it’s within your budget, then spacing out as your body holds the changes longer.
The clients who get the most benefit treat massage as an ongoing wellness practice, not a reward for when they’re already in crisis.
Yes — and the evidence goes well beyond relaxation. Regular massage has been shown to reduce cortisol, improve sleep, support immune function, and lower blood pressure. These aren’t incidental benefits — they’re the result of a body being regularly invited out of stress and into restoration.
I work with the whole person — bodywork, nutrition, movement, breath, and the patterns that keep the body from healing itself. Wellness isn’t a single modality. It’s an integrated approach.
Massage works with what the body is holding. Yoga teaches the body how to move, breathe, and be present within itself. When you combine them, you’re not just releasing tension — you’re building a new relationship with your body, one where the releases from the session have somewhere to go.
I offer guidance on breathwork, grounding practices, and yoga sequences that complement your bodywork sessions. The goal is the same whether we’re on the table or the mat: a body that feels like home.
Deep tissue massage works with the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release chronic tension patterns, adhesions, and areas of restriction that lighter work can’t fully reach. It’s effective for athletes, people with physically demanding work, and anyone who carries long-held tension in specific areas.
I combine deep tissue with Muscle Energy Technique, which uses the client’s own gentle muscular engagement to facilitate a deeper release than passive pressure alone can achieve.
Not always — and when you are, it often feels like the good kind of sore. There’s a difference between discomfort that signals something releasing and pain that signals something wrong. Deep tissue work isn’t about heavy pressure — it’s a technique that accesses the deeper layers of muscle. Done well, it shouldn’t leave you wrecked.
Simple self-care helps: heat or ice the area, an Epsom salt bath, plenty of water. Arnica, Tiger Balm, Biofreeze, or CBD can support recovery between sessions.
t depends on what brings you in. Sometimes that connection is important and conversation is part of the session.
That said, talking uses energy — and you’re here to rest, rebuild, and restore. There are sessions where I say very little. Others where I use guided imagery, ask questions to assess technique, gather history, or direct you into a deeper state of relaxation through breath and visualization.
Talking is never off the table. And neither is silence. Both are welcome here.
